Privacy Notice under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK)

Data controller

This notice is issued under Article 10 of Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (the "Law") by the data controller, Şafak Birol. Über Zeka is the name of the product run by the data controller and of this website.

What we collect and how

uberzeka.com uses no cookies, runs no visitor analytics and has no forms. Your personal data is processed only when you email us: your email address, your name, organisation and job title if your message includes them, and the content of your message.

This data is collected electronically, partly by automated means, through the email you send to iletisim@uberzeka.com.

When you visit the site, your IP address and the technical information sent by your browser are processed automatically by our hosting provider Cloudflare so that the pages can be delivered to you.

Purpose

Your personal data is processed to assess and answer your pilot call, demo, question and partnership requests and to arrange a meeting at your request. Your data is not added to marketing lists.

Technical information from site visits is processed only to deliver the pages to you and to keep the site secure.

Legal basis

For pilot call, demo and quotation requests, Article 5(2)(c) of the Law: processing is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, for personal data of the parties to that contract.

For other questions and for technical information from site visits, Article 5(2)(f) of the Law: processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Transfers

Your data is not sold. It is transferred to service providers to host the site and to deliver and store your email: Cloudflare (site hosting and email delivery) and Google (Gmail, email storage). These providers' servers are located outside Türkiye.

Retention

Your email and our correspondence are kept for 2 years from the last message and then deleted.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, everyone may apply to the data controller and has the following rights regarding themselves:

• a) to learn whether their personal data is processed
• b) to request information if it has been processed
• c) to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose
• ç) to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom the personal data is transferred
• d) to request correction if the personal data is incomplete or inaccurately processed
• e) to request deletion or destruction of the personal data under the conditions set out in Article 7
• f) to request that the operations under (d) and (e) be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred
• g) to object to a result against them arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively by automated systems
• ğ) to claim compensation for damage suffered due to unlawful processing of the personal data
